The water accumulation causes moisture on both the wall and ceiling for lack of a ventilation system in your bathroom. Here’s how to clean your bathroom walls.
When accumulated water evaporates the moisture or wetness happens and causes yellowish stains on your bathroom walls and ceiling, even on tiles.
Bathroom walls sweat yellowish and the reasons are mineral accumulation, condensation, fungal growth and soap stain.
The level of moisture or humidity of your bathroom could be drawing out contaminants to the surface of the paint on your walls. This would leave yellowish marks on your bathroom walls.
To get rid of this problem vinegar is one of the best natural cleaners, with its acidic property that prevents the growth of mold, mildew, and bacteria. It is able to cut through mineral deposits and water stains, making it extremely powerful and versatile.
To complete the process we will need gloves, white vinegar, warm water, spray bottle and sponge or sponge mop.
At first mix approx.1.8 cup of white vinegar with warm water, and pour the solution into an 8 oz. spray bottle.( Adjust as appropriate for the size of your spray bottle).
Now, spray it thoroughly on the yellow stains, and let it sit for five minutes. Then scrub gently with your sponge or sponge mop. Repeat as needed for stubborn or old stains. Now, let the wall dry. You can use a stepladder to spray and clean the stains on white ceiling.
